Deposits are non-refundable unless your agreement says otherwise.
If a payment is missed or significantly delayed, services may need to pause until everything is back on track.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund details live inside your specific event agreement.
Typically, deposits are non-refundable, and refunds (if any) depend on the work already completed.

5. Your Role in the Process

Planning is teamwork. Clients agree to:

• Communicate changes as soon as possible
• Respond in a timely manner
• Follow venue and vendor guidelinesThis helps us create the calm, organized experience Sunday Lane is known for.

6. Limitations

We always advocate for you, but some things are outside our control — such as the actions of third-party vendors, weather, venue restrictions, or guest behavior.
We will always do our best to guide, support, and problem-solve along the way.

7. Photos & Marketing

With your written permission (in your service contract), we may share event images or behind-the-scenes moments for our website or social media.
You can withdraw permission at any time — your comfort comes first.

8. Updates to the Site

The content on our website may be updated or changed at any time, as we continue to grow and refine our brand.

9. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of California.
